Booking Policy

Valley House Farm
These terms apply to all bookings made directly with Valley House Farm, whether online, by telephone, or in person.
By making a booking, you enter into a contract with Valley House Farm. All rates are subject to availability and reservations are accepted at our discretion.
Payment
A valid debit or credit card is required to secure all bookings. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and Visa Debit.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for promotional and advance rates
- These bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Where pre-payment is not required, payment is due on arrival
- We may pre-authorise your card to cover incidental charges during your stay
Cancellations & Non-Arrival
Individual Bookings (1–3 rooms)
No charge if cancelled before 2:00 p.m. the day before arrival
Full charge applies after this time
Non-arrival
If you do not arrive, or reduce the number of guests, we reserve the right to charge for any loss of revenue where the booking cannot be resold.
Cancellation by Us
In rare circumstances beyond our control, we may need to cancel your booking. If this happens, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible
- Offer alternative accommodation where available
- Provide a full refund
We cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs or losses incurred.
Rates
- Rates are quoted per room, per night unless stated otherwise
- All prices include VAT at 20%
- Rates are subject to availability and may change
- Special offers cannot be combined
- Supplements may apply for upgrades or specific room types
Children
- Cots are provided free of charge (subject to availability)
- Children under 12 are charged £20 per bed, per night, including breakfast
- Foldaway beds are available for families where required
- Please let us know any special requirements at the time of booking
